Stephen has been a Realtor in Macon and Jackson Counties for over twenty years. He feels the key to every successful transaction, whether buying or selling, is to first understand his client. Real estate sales have changed a lot in twenty years, but people remain the same.
Being an avid cyclist, Stephen knows more than a little about Highlands and Cashiers real estate from the perspective of the saddle on his bicycle. He is also a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the 30th Judicial District which represents the best interests of minor children from broken families.
